We offer a first class manufacturing service to produce APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, special chemicals and other fine chemicals. New products and processes are taken quickly and efficiently from the initial stages in the R&D laboratory right through to commercial manufacture of the product.

Our Project Management

In order to guarantee rapid and flexible processing of your requirements, we perform a project based approach.

Phase 1

The communication starts with the client contacting us. During this communication we define your intentions and needs as precisely as possible. In order to protect your interests a CDA is signed before we get into a deeper conversation and exchange of information.
When the technical package is submitted to us for internal review all departments involved will give feedback to that. Within 2 days we will decide whether Trust&We is capable or not to support you with this enquiry.
When we are capable to support you our colleagues from our technical and R&D team will exchange information and ideas with you. Within 3 to 5 days Trust&We delivers a quote with the required information, timelines and prices.

Phase 2

If you are happy with the outlined project we follow your placed order. A project manager will be appointed to head your project, manage your enquiry internally and will be responsible for keeping agreed timelines and milestones during the whole lifecycle of your project. The project manager will be your individual contact person.

• Two groups of skilled and experienced people are constantly striving to obtain new synthetic processes as well as improving existing ones. When required, tailor-made products and processes are developed to meet customers¡¯ need.
• We offer a fully integrated development for new products from their very conception in our R&D labs up to their commercial production.
• Apart from state of the art design of new synthetic routes and improvement of analytical methods we are in permanent interaction with top universities and institutes in China. We see this as a dynamic process in our constant quest for new techniques, processes and facilities.
